POCKET :- Use Pocket when you see an interesting article, video or recipe but don't currently have time to read or view it. Simply press Pocket's convenient bookmarklet and, voilà, the content saves on your computer, tablet and smartphone. Easily revisit it anytime. It works with browsers and more than 300 other apps. The service formerly known as Read It Later enables you to save pages from websites, to read them later, bereft of the advertising and other junk on the original page. The service is free, as is the Pocket App, which downloads your articles, so that you can digest them without a web connection.

GOOGLE MAPS :- Like a knight in shining armor, Google Maps returned several weeks ago to rescue iOS users from Apple's Maps disaster. In addition to voice-guided, turn-by-turn navigation, a clean interface and public transportation directions, Google maps will get you where you need to go — which was not always the case with Apple's Maps.

INSTAGRAM :- is a social network built for sharing photos of what you’re doing right now. Its filters can make anyone’s photographic drivel look appealing, and simple sharing options let you post your photos to multiple social networks simultaneously.

DARK SKY :- Dark sky's creators  spent months coming up with custom algorithms to visualize storm radar like never before. Ultimately, there’s no better app to turn to if you want to know “Do I need an umbrella if I’m just running out for an hour?” Dark Sky doesn’t look too far into the future, but is incredibly handy for checking present and near-future conditions.

PHOTO SYNTH :- Is a really great panorama app; it's user-friendly and fun to use, especially when watching your panoramas take shape while you capture them.

WIKIPANION :- The Wikipedia website works fine on iPhones, but a dedicated app is a better bet. Wikipanion is a freebie which gives you quick access to article sections, in-article search, viewing options, bookmarking, and the ability to tweet about whatever odd fact you've just unearthed. Also, wonderfully, there are no ads.

EVERNOTE :- Clients to access the popular Evernote service for storing notes and ideas online are available for so many platforms that we half expect a ZX Spectrum app to be announced tomorrow. On the iPhone, Evernote is efficient and usable, enabling you to rapidly scan your notes and also create new ones.

AROUND ME :-  figures out where you are and lists local stuff - banks, bars, petrol stations and, er, Apple Retail Stores. The app's reliance on Google Maps info means there are gaps, but it's nonetheless handy to have installed when in unfamiliar surroundings, and the 'augmented reality' landscape mode is amusing.
